Who We Help

TBF works with most disadvantaged and vulnerable children and young people who are:

Abandoned and homeless
Street children
Girls at-risk of early marriage
Children engaged or are at-risk to enter into worst forms of labour
Young mothers out-of school

We are aware that many children and young people are likely to find themselves in more than one of these situations. They can also face many problems, such as lacking protection from abuse and vulnerability to drug and substance misuse. The ages of our target group range between 7-21 years.

Our program seek to equip children and young people with knowledge and skills, such as

Practical skills leading to job opportunities
Support to basic education, including literary and numeracy, as well as IT skills.
Help to build children and young people’s self esteem and confidence.
